If you want to use it as a cutting board, simply turn the board upside down on a kitchen towel (to protect the resin design) to do your cutting/chopping.

Care

Handwash only with nonabrasive soap and the soft side of a sponge/wash towel.  Do not soak, place in the microwave or a warming unit.  They are UV resistant, but prolonged exposure to direct outdoor sunlight should be avoided.  It is not recommended to cut on or place hot dishes on the resin.
